Rautakirja, part of the SanomaWSOY Group, is to concentrate all its online commercial operations in a new division. The division will be formed into a separate company during the last quarter of the year.
The new company will be responsible for all of Rautakirja's online activities, and will offer a range of products and services in the gaming, reading, film, and leisure fields. At the end of the year, the new company will take over Suomalainen Kirjakauppa's online bookshop (www.suomalainen.com), the Dose online multimedia shop (www.dose.net), Finnkino's current online services, and Finnkino's online ticket sales system to be launched this autumn.
The new E-Business Division will be headed by Simo Susi, previously responsible for business development within Rautakirja's Kiosk Division.
