SanomaWSOY Corporation's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the merger plan approved by the Boards of Directors of SanomaWSOY Corporation and Rautakirja Oyj, according to which Rautakirja Oyj will merge into SanomaWSOY Corporation. The intended time for the registration of the implementation of the merger is 1 March 2003. SanomaWSOY and Rautakirja announced the plan on 19 June 2002.
