Changes in SanomaWSOY's IR and group communications function - Raija Kariola to start as an entrepreneur
Raija Kariola, Vice President, IR and Group Communications will start as an entrepreneur and IR consultant as of 1 January 2005.
As an independent consultant Kariola will continue to participate in developing SanomaWSOY's investor relations also in the future. The agreement includes e.g. further development of the IR function and messages, training and PR consulting for SanomaWSOY's divisions, and support in projects related to the disclosure requirements of a listed company.
SanomaWSOY Group's IR and Communications team is reporting to Matti Salmi, Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, of SanomaWSOY. The team manager will be M.Sc. (Tech.) Kare Laukkanen, Manager, IR and Group Communications as of 1 January 2005.

For this purpose I also founded a company, Interlock Oy, already several years ago.
