Ilta-Sanomat is now as a whole also in www - as a digital paper. The paper can be seen through the browser per double pages. By clicking the article, it widens to a readable format.
Ilta-Sanomat's digipaper will be published from Monday to Saturday at 9 am. It costs 1 euro per day, and on Saturday's the fee includes also a weekend supplement Plussa. The fee can now be paid by SMS, the credit card payment will be possible in the near future.
On www.iltasanomat.fi there is still material available for free, for example each day around twenty summaries of articles and as well newsflashes which are been updated 24 hours a day.
Ilta-Sanomat's digipaper is based on digipaper-technique, which has been developed by Mederra Oy. Digipaper technique enables a digital paper operating directly in browser. To be able to read a digipaper user should have a newish pc, broadband internet connection and a Flash Player software on the browser. Flash Player is available for free in the internet.
