Lehtikuva's President, Ms. Rafaela Seppälä has announced that she will resign her post as President of Lehtikuva on 31 December 2004. "Lehtikuva is in an excellent shape, and I can leave the company with a peaceful mind", Seppälä says. She is President of Lehtikuva since 2002.
"Rafaela Seppälä and her team have done an excellent job at Lehtikuva. The company has managed to develop its services in a challenging market situation and was last year one of Sanoma's most profitable units", says Sanoma Corporation's President, Mikael Pentikäinen.
Seppälä will in the future focus on cultural and charitable activities. "My family has always been committed to promoting the interests of Finnish society and culture, among other things through foundations. Now it is my turn to give my time to these tasks."
