SanomaWSOY will publish its year-end Financial Statements for 2005 on 9 February 2006 with a target time of 11.30 a.m. Finnish time.

Interim Reports in 2006 will be published on quarterly basis:
- Interim Report January?March on 4 May, approximately at 11.30 a.m. Finnish time
- Interim Report January?June on 3 August, approximately at 11.30 a.m. Finnish time
- Interim Report January?September on 1 November, approximately at 8.00 a.m. Finnish time

SanomaWSOY's Annual Report for 2005 will be published in electronic format during the week beginning 6 March (week 10) and as a hard copy during the week beginning 13 March (week 11).

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for 3 April 2006 and will be held in Helsinki.
