SanomaWSOY Corporation's share capital has increased by EUR 4,085 corresponding to 9,500 shares due to 3,150 shares subscribed with 2001A stock options and 6,350 shares subscribed with 2001B stock options.
The increase of share capital was entered into the Trade Register on June 27, 2006 and the trading with the new shares begins on the Main list of Helsinki Stock Exchange on June 28, 2006.
For the new shares subscribed with stock options, all shareholder rights commence from the date on which the increase in share capital is entered into the Trade Register.
In total, SanomaWSOY's share capital increased from EUR 68,524,861.49 to EUR 68,528,946.49, and the number of shares grew from 159,360,143 to 159,369,643 shares.
SanomaWSOY announced the Warrant Scheme 2001 on January 31, 2002. SanomaWSOY informed about the previous share conversion with 2001 stock options and the increase of share capital on May 31, 2006.
