Finland's largest cable operator Welho has launched a totally new kind of channel package, Welho Mix. Welho's customers can choose eight channels to their own Mix from a total of more than 60 channels.
Welho Mix is Finland's first genuinely customisable channel package. The contents include Formula races, NHL hockey, Eurosport, Disney's children's programmes, documentaries from Discovery, movies and lots of other entertainment for the whole family. Welho Mix subscribers can change their channel mix for free once a month in Welho's online service.
"Customers want to choose their TV entertainment themselves. The channels for Welho Mix package can be mixed in any combination the customer wants. And when they want to change the content of the package, that can be done easily in Welho's online service," says Johan Flykt, President of Welho.
Welho Mix includes the whole selection of Welho's S, M and L pay TV channel packages as well as Extra channels. New channels, Disney XD and Disney Playhouse, were launched at the same time, and ESPN Classic and RTL returned to the selection.
